Our Fee Structure

Our editing rates range from $45/hour to $65/hour (plus applicable taxes) depending on both the type of work you are hiring us for.  Most post-secondary work completed for students is billed at $45/hour, while corporate work is billed at $65/hour.

We ask clients for a $400 retainer payable by Email Money Transfer, Cheque, Money Order, or PayPal.

Please note that our rate for students will increase to $50/hr effective January 1, 2013. However, for those students who contract to work with us at least three months before their deadline, we offer a 10% discount.

Our Completion Rates

Depending on the amount of editing and formatting required for a document or report our completion rates range from 1,900 to 2,500 words/hour or about 5.5 to 12 pages/hour.  The more complex elements you have in your work (i.e., tables, figures, graphs, etc.), the more time it will take to edit and format.
